Jeff Fergason, president and CEO of Ilixco, has named industry veteran Mitch Perliss executive vice president of Razor Digital Entertainment (RDE), a new home entertainment company under the Ilixco umbrella. Founded in October 2003, RDE is a home video and DVD sales, marketing, and distribution company. Initial releases are scheduled for March 2004.
